Some breaking news on the Friday afternoon heading into a holiday weekend: The Donald J. Trump Presidential Library Foundation has filed articles of incorporation with the Florida Department of State Division of Corporations.
I’ve obtained a copy of the seven-page document. It’s dated May 19 and marked “FILED” at 3:56 p.m. today.
Sent by fax (!) to the Florida Department of State, it details the form and function of the Jupiter, Fla.-based foundation as follows:
